DocPlix raises 5 cr to scale up R&D, preventive care services

New Delhi: HealthTech start-up DocPlix has raised Rs 5 crore in its Pre-Series A round led by Eris Lifesciences Pvt Ltd with the participation of other angel investors, to scale up R&D and expand its operations in western, southern, and central India, notified Dr Varun Garg, CEO, DocPlix.

In February 2022, the company had raised Rs 1.2 crore in seed round with participation of angel investors.
Docplix aims to ease data exchange between doctors and their patients through DocPlix Rx, an electronic medical records system for clinics and hospitals.

The company claims to have boarded over 2000 doctors till now, and is eyeing to onboard 5000 doctors through its speech to text EHR in next ten months and sell 5000 licences of its medical algorithms based chatbot Panini.

Docplix relayed that through their EHR system, under the department of preventive care, more than 1000 patients received complete care for diabetes, obesity and PCOD, in the last 12 months. The startup is eyeing to expand this segment to support more than 3000 patients in the next 12 months.
