1)Take coconut in a blender. Add in Fried gram dal
2)Add in fennel seeds
3)grind till smooth
4)heat oil in a pan
5)Add in mustard seeds, urad dal
6)Add in fenugreek and dry red chillies
7)Add in curry leaves
8)Add in shallots
9)Add in tomatoes
10)Add in ladies finger
11)Stir and cook for 4 to 5 mins
12)Now it is sauted well
13)Add in turmeric, chilli, coriander powder
14)Mix well. Add tamarind
15)Add water
16)Add salt

18)Mix well
19)Bring to a boil
